Matthew had been keeping in semi regular contact with my mother if she was to sell her property that he would be given the opportunity. My mum contacted Matthew early this year about listing her property with him as he had always been her agent of choice. after explaining the steps of the sale, her options and answering questions, she chose to put the property to auction. On the night of the auction Matthew and his team were in constant contact with my mum right up to the point of sale and after. I met Matthew George quite some time ago. I was not ready to sell and advised him I would be in touch when the time came. I would like to say Mathew George communicated very well with us kept us up to date as to what was happening with the property. He seemed to know the market pretty well. If we had a question we could ring him up and get a prompt reply. His knowledge and pre sale work was good. And he got us a good price that we were happy with.
