Matt did a great job of selling our property in Footscray and we're super pleased with the outcome. Not only was he well prepared for the market campaign, Matt took the effort to help clean up the property and make minor improvements (to avoid extra tradesmen). Matt took plenty of his own personal time to help us sell the property and achieve a great result. His genuine care and effort was so impressive. Huge thanks Matt.
Matt has always been very accommodating & professional. His knowledge base is outstanding & has always had our best interest in mind. He is extremely helpful in all areas of real estate & goes out of his way to assist. We would not hesitate in recommending Matt for any Real Estate needs.
I did engaged Matthew though a friend. Certainly I was not disappointed, he was professional, knew the market and particular the beach side , honest all the way to the auction. Very happy Highly recommended.
The end result of our sale was pretty much exactly how Matt predicted. He had great knowledge of recent sales and achieved a very fast result for us.
I’d like to thank Matt and his team for the care and attention in all details in selling our apartment in Port Melbourne they took upon themselves; detailing furnishing advertising and everything else that was involved with selling our unit in a very hard market . I’ve been in business for 55 years and through that time I have built in excess of 1000 homes and numerous commercial industrial and office spaces. The experience that I had with Matt and his team was equal or better than I’ve experienced. Many thanks Matt. Congratulations to your team. Look forward to doing business in the future. Regards Leanne and Bill Filips.
Matt & John went above and beyond, cleared and renovated in 10 days, unbelievable. Marketing sensational and a brilliant video. MyAgent efforts were extraordinary, and I suspect something that could never have been achieved at any other agency. Auction day, very professional, I was fully briefed. Matt & John bravely called off the auction (only 1 bidder) but to then still achieve selling it that day was genius. Expert negotiations and influencing. MyAgent has a point of difference, thank you guys 😁
