I am happy to Rate Matthew's excellent service, but providing feedback to RateMyAgent has been nothing but trouble from beginning to end. The first request for feedback had a link that did not work. Your second request made it mandatory to make a written statement, not just the star rating selection. Next, I found it was mandatory to have a Heading. Then it was mandatory to 'join' RateMyAgent - I do not want to 'join' RateMyAgent, and I certainly don't like being forced to do so. I am happy to read (I did) and agree to your Terms and Conditions, but that option is not available to tick. So now, in order to leave feedback, I am forced to join an organisation I do not want to join, and it has now taken me some time (twice) and a fair amount of aggravation just to provide feedback. How do you expect to get positive feedback about a great agent by aggravating the very people you are asking to provide it! I am not happy (with RateMyAgent only) and will unsubscribe from RateMyAgent at my earliest opportunity.

We have been so happy with Matthew from day 1. His advice and expertise meant that we did the right things before putting our home on the market. The photos of our property were fantastic and really created a high level of interest from prospective buyers. This all lead to a successful open home day where we were blown away with the amount of interest which turned into numerous offers on our property. We could then confidently take our highest offer knowing we still had a lot of interest if things didn't work out. But they did, after a successful cooling off we are now walking away with the best possible outcome and one which was much higher than we expected. Matthew has been communicative but also very truthful in his dealings with us which we appreciated and I think this is one of the reasons why we have come out with such a great result. Matthew was recommended to us and we will certainly be recommending him to anyone we know wanting to sell.
