Matt Griffiths is straightforward and honest which, as a buyer, is such a refreshing experience. We purchased a property from Matt in a competitive, multiparty situation. At all times he was clear and direct but we never felt pressured --meaning that despite the extremely high interest in the property the purchase process never felt negative.
