Matt has a proactive approach to marketing. He has a vast general knowledge of the processes and his experience shows. As we had not purchased a property for many years, we were out-of-touch, but Matt kept us informed of every step and followed up on each detail to make sure our goal was achieved in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble ; in fact, he worked during his Xmas/NewYear break to enable our urgent timetable to be met. Though overwhelming for us, we knew that behind-the-scenes Matt smoothed out all of the details in record time.We deeply appreciated his support ; he was always available when we needed him. Matt's most outstanding characteristic is his honesty. He is the type of person that would keep his word on the basis of a handshake - a rare quality indeed these days.
