Matthew helped the reviewer sell this property

Great Experience from a Nervous Seller

On talking to Matt for the first time I thought it was just another agent “full of self praise”. I soon realised Matt was exactly the opposite. Although Matt didn’t quite reach our asking price in this very depressed Market, he did keep his promise of getting as contract in under 3 weeks - in fact we were presented 3. Achieving the best price with his outstanding negotiation and communication skills keeping me up to date at all stages and not once did I feel pressured to make any decisions I wasn’t happy with. I have since put another property into Matt’s capable hands which again has resulted in another sale. I will be recommending Matt to anyone who requires real estate assistance in the future. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Una
