Amazing work by Matthew and the team at Ilook Property. Property was sold within 2 weeks without any fuss!

Before I signed the contract, Matthew insisted there is no need to do building inspection as this is a perfect property and he knows that because the owners are his friends. After the building inspection uncovered multiple issues, he started to say different things – the property is old etc, which is the opposite to the “perfect property” he was trying to sell me before the building inspection. He also told me that I am not going to get any compensation, the sale is not going to proceed if I don't withdraw my compensation request. He did not have authority to decide about the compensation and was very rude. With the assistance of the solicitors, I received some compensation but not nearly close to what the estimate of the damages was. After settlement I found out the dishwasher was replaced with a broken one and the property was disgustingly dirty, rubbish was left and there were many defects I paid thousands to fix. I do not recommend this agent.
