Our landlord decided to sell his property and we were forced to look for a new place to stay. After viewing more than 10 apartments with various agents, we were quite disappointed with the level of service we were getting till we met Matthew. Matthew not only found us the perfect home, he provided us with many good advice including financing and legal advice. Most importantly, he helped us to overcome our perception that foreigners cannot purchase a resale apartment and we ended up purchasing a nice resale apartment in downtown Brisbane with FIRB approval.
