He advised me to de-clutter and de-personalise my home so the buyers could imagine it as their's during the open houses. He kept me informed of all offers, but the market was ripe to wait for Auction Day. Matt had many registered bidders and at the Auction he worked the crowd. We set an auction price and Matt bettered it by $90,000. Matt was always informative, courteous, polite, on time and professional. Matt works hard for his client and I can vouch for that.
