Above and beyond

Matthew and his team really went above and beyond on the sale of our house - it presented a bit of a challenge being a 19th Century heritage listed home but Matthew and his team navigated a deteriorating market well and generated as much interest as possible. Not only that, but he was also out there on the weekend watering in the new lawn and blowing the driveway clean! Truely a huge effort and much appreciated. But not only that, Matthew kept us in the loop along the way and made sure we understood where the market was; no BS, just telling it like it is. In a review for real estate agents, it might not be the best place to suggest that I have generally held them in low esteem. However, our experience with Matthew has challenged that, and I would highly recommend him and his team for any vendor looking for an honest hardworking agent.
