We were disappointed that Andrew had family matters to attend to and was not able to continue with the sale of our property. Disappointed that we were asked to reduce the sale price to $889,000 because we knew that would not be offered a contract above the amount advertised. Final sale price: $888,000. Originally suggested $945,000 + possibility. Matthew Haddad was selected by PRD and we were very happy with all negotiations etc.
