Matt and Jared were engaged to sell a strata titled unit which was an asset in a bankrupt estate. Getting the property to a listing stage was a long drawn out process involving a Court application. During this period Matt and Jared had to ensure the security of the property and put up with contact from an abusive bankrupt. Other real estate agents may well have walked away from the job. Matt and Jared stayed with the job and as soon as it was possible to present the property to the market their advertising and marketing was excellent and a sale achieved at a good price within a very reasonable period of time.
