He was very efficient at constructing a selling strategy and also happy to listen to my concerns and discuss variations to taylor his selling style to our home and requirements. This combined effort resulted in a speedy sale and satisfaction with negotiations. Matt was easy to talk to and super easy to get along with. I would have no concerns with recommending him as a real estate agent.

Purchasing our first home could have been a daunting task, but we found it to be anything but thanks to Matt Hansen and the team at Redden and Hansen. Matt was more than happy to answer any of our questions, was in constant contact, and because of this we felt that he was with us every step of the way - from our first viewing, to exchanging contracts. Matthew was extremely helpful as I was selling away from Dubbo. Matthew organised all the tradespeople I requested with in hours of my request. He kept regular contact adn after listing had it sold within a few weeks. An excellent agent who I would recommend to anyone.

If I had filled this form out after my first meeting with Matt, I would have highly recommended him. He was friendly, accomodating (getting the garage opening enlarged) & professional. As the transaction wore on it became apparent that it had been a case of "exactly what I wanted to hear" - when I met Matt I was looking at a second property which was ready to go, he knew this & that I was on a deadline due to an upcoming change in my living arrangements, he told me it wouldn't be a problem to meet my needs. The land subdivision had not yet been approved, he told me it wouldn't be a problem, it was done this way all of the time - it was a problem & delayed settlement. I heard about his upcoming holiday & how great it would be - while my deadline was looming with no occupation date in sight. I felt awful having to hassle him & push my way into the property I was purchasing, but I was left with no choice at this stage. I moved in under license paying a weekly amount to the vendor. On the day of occupation, after having confirmed with Matt that I could have removalists booked & there would be no problems, the rep from Redden & Hansen showed up with the wrong keys. It was the builders fault, he must have changed the locks for occupation without telling us - this seems like it would be standard practise & an agent should know of the possibility. The builder is called & will drop the keys off. An hour later, still no keys (Dubbo is not that big) & the removalists have picked up & are waiting to drop off - I have to suggest that the rep go to the builder get the keys. The address was unusual, I queried it & was told it was right, changed over mail, had signs made to assist with deliveries (they kept going to my neighbour's) & - wrong address - but it wasn't his fault. He was just the agent. I wouldn't deal with Matt or Redden & Hansen again - maybe this is normal, but I wouldn't think so & it made buying my first home an incredibly stressful & negative experience.

Matt was pleasant, knowledgeable, informative and great to deal with.

It was a great experience dealing with Matt to purchase our block of land. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable throughout the whole experience. When things weren't going to plan with the vendor's solicitor, he was more than happy to jump in and help out in order to get a smoother transaction and make life easier for us.
