As Co-Director of Cobden & Hayson, Matthew Hayson is dedicated to the ongoing evolution of the company of which he is a proud founder. Never satisfied to simply rest on his laurels, the company continues to build and evolve. The team is responsible for a number of innovations in the real estate space and has advanced levels of service, technology and marketing.
In real estate for all of his professional career, Matthew is committed to building and working with the best rather than the biggest group of estate agents to represent his award-winning agency and enhance one of the strongest brand's in the market.
In demand for speaking roles to help advance the industry, he has spoken at Mastery, TRET principals’ conference, AREL, Josh Phegan coaching seminars as well as speaking to over 1000 estate agents in London & New Zealand.
He remains at the coal face of Real estate as an active selling Director, which enables him to maintain an intimate interest in market trends and movements. Cobden & Hayson are well-known for developing clever sales strategies to meet current market conditions and provide a superior experience.
He is focused on providing premium advice to both his buyers and sellers to help accurately educate and inform them about the market. 85% of Matthew’s business comes from repeat and referral clients, which is a testament to the calibre of service and results he provides. He has been instrumental in the exceptional prices achieved for a vast number of the area’s premium properties.
Cobden & Hayson are also a significant contributor to the local community via the schools and sporting teams. On a personal level, Matthew is a devoted family man who’s an avid surfer, rugby enthusiast and foodie (when time permits).
