In demand for speaking roles to help advance the industry, he has spoken at Mastery, TRET principals’ conference, AREL, Josh Phegan coaching seminars as well as speaking to over 1000 estate agents in London & New Zealand. He remains at the coal face of Real estate as an active selling Director, which enables him to maintain an intimate interest in market trends and movements. Cobden & Hayson are well-known for developing clever sales strategies to meet current market conditions and provide a superior experience.
