we had the pleasure of Matthew Hunt selling out Gosnells property. We had some offers early but not close enough to our sale price so Matt worked his magic and got it sold for what we were happy to accept. the settling was stretched out our end circumstances beyond our control and Matt was in contact regularly to keep both party up to date. Matt went above and beyond what a real estate agent should have to on more than one occasion, he managed to get what I was chasing for the property even after the first sale fell through. I was very impressed with the amount of effort that he put into selling the property.
