Matt is a highly knowledgeable agent in our area & he didn’t disappoint us with our buying experience. He invited us to view multiple properties with private inspections until we found the right one. His communication was great, always calling us to keep us up to date with the market or any properties we were interested in. We felt as though he had our best interest at heart & truly wanted to find us a property that suited our needs. He even stayed back on a Saturday night to sign contracts with us before he left for an overseas trip the next morning. In the end we had a 45 day settlement which ran very smoothly.
