We bought and then subsequently sold through Matt. We decided to have Matt sell our property as we knew how hard it worked for each property he was selling when we were buying. Despite us not quite getting the result we wanted in the sale, I don’t necessarily put this down as a reflection of the agent and more a reflection of the market.
