Firstly meeting Matthew to get an appraisal of a property for probate. For COVID related reasons it was quite a while before putting house on the market. Matthew kept in touch but was at no time overly pushing us to sell His friendly helpful manner made our decision to use him when we eventually put our cousins house on the market even though we did contact a couple of other agents in the area for an appraisal We would definitely recommend Matthew to anyone wishing to sell their property
