Throughout the process of purchasing our investment property, Matthew proved himself to be a fantastic agent. He went above and beyond what we expected in regards to working around our schedule and making himself available to us at all times, making us feel important and prioritized throughout the whole process. He is hard-working and very knowledgeable but more importantly (at least to us anyway) is he is genuine. Matthew seemed to just want what was best for everybody involved (which wasn't always what was best for him) and was completely honest with us in our expectations and goals. I would have no hesitations in recommending Matthew to others and he will be the first person I call with any of my own future purchases/sales.

I compared 3 different agents before choosing to list with Matt. He came across as enthusiastic, energetic and sincere. The marketing strategy he suggested was effective but not expensive. I handed the keys over to Matt at lunch-time, the photos and info for the marketing material was put together that afternoon, and the first prospective buyers were shown through at 6 pm that night.
