We met with a number of agents but instantly warmed to Matt, he was calm, incredibly likable and honest. Zero estate agent sleeze. Matt made the process of selling our house very straight forward, he delivered reports consistently and was also always available and happy to chat things through over the phone if and when we wanted. His knowledge of the Geelong market, which was brilliant, made a big impact on potential buyers during inspections and follow up calls. 10/10 would recommend.
