Matt was always prompt for appointments, in fact normally 10 minutes early. His easy manner gave us confidence and he made sure we were kept up to date on the progress of the sale. This was most comforting at a time that can often be stressful. He was prepared to go out of his way to satisfy any request we made. As we are in the 'older' age group this was important to us.
