Matthew was 100 percent professional. His market knowledge is amazing especially for someone buying in an area they haven’t been in long. Matt’s communication is impeccable and always timely, there was never a wait for him to get back to me. Matthew was honest, guided me but also allowed me times during inspections to have a good look at the property for myself or with family and friends so we could discuss the potential purchase privately. Not once did Matthew try to influence my decision or give his thoughts on the property. However when I asked questions he gave me honest answers but if he was unsure he would let me know and help to find answers. Professionally, being reasonably new to Parkes, Matthew suggested a solicitor and also building and pest inspectors with great reputations. I have found, based on Matthews advice that all parties have been diligent and excellent in their own roles.
