The whole country is experiencing difficult times due to Covid 19. In such times you need the mindset to adapt. As Director of Ray White Carnegie, Matthew Hurlston took hold of the reigns, ignored the barriers Covid 19 presented and found new ways to market our property. Ray Whites online auction platform was working well and we decided to go with that initially with a possible Thursday evening auction. In the end restrictions lifted a little & we were able to have an traditional Saturday afternoon auction with ONLY registered bidders. Point here is Ray White had selling contingencies in place , were flexible and adaptable. This ability to adapt extended to the buyers as well! All buyers had flexible access times to the property, including opens & by appointments. All their questions no matter how left field were answered either immediately or soon as they were able to get answers. The result was a very good one for us as vendors and the buyer seemed happy too!
