I have not seen Matthew but it seem he is a brilliant agent. He notifies me the outcome of the inspection of the house. He is very good with his sale marketing. The only thing is I have not met the expectations of selling of the house that is under his evaluation prior of putting into sale. I guess I have no choice and I will go with what he is offering as he is more knowledgeable and knows the prices around Rosebud.
