During Covid-19, there were a lot of unknowns when selling our family home. Matt communicated what the guidelines were, and we were comfortable with how he handled the 3 inspections. As it was our first time selling a family home we have lived in, we were emotionally connected to the house, but Matt was good at putting some perspective on the offer received, especially under the restricted conditions.
