It is without hesitation that we rate Matt Jones 5 stars. We actually enjoyed selling our home through him and felt that it couldn’t have gone better. He performed very well, getting us a solid price in around 3 weeks in challenging market conditions. We had met with other agents in the area before engaging Matt – Matt was the only one we felt gave us a realistic, balanced assessment of the house and market. We also chose him because he was someone we would want to buy a house from – he comes across as professional, honest, attentive and knowledgeable. His knowledge of the Carlisle area was exceptional. Throughout the process, Matt maintained a balanced approach, looking after us and the buyers. He genuinely wanted both to feel supported and to be treated fairly. His communication between us and the buyers throughout the process was great – having bought a home from a more ‘traditional’ real estate agent since, we can say this is NOT the norm. He was always available to speak with and was happy to have the difficult conversations with both parties.
