Our experience with the agent, Matthew Keeley, was very good. We found him to be open and informative, and always responsive to our texts and emails regardless of time or day, which meant we were not left hanging at any stage during the purchase process. While being as helpful to our questions as he could be, Matthew clearly held the interests of his sellers as paramount. We never felt that he was working the commission, as is sometimes the case when interacting with a seller's agent. We commend his professionalism and loyalty to his clients.
