Matthew recently sold our property at Prince Henry Heights. Although we did not achieve the price that we had hoped [post Banking Royal Commission uncertainty] the selling price was fair to both us and the purchaser. We followed Matthew's marketing advice & achieved a quick sale. His communication was excellent throughout the sale process & his service was above my expectations from my past experience with real estate agents. For example, the property was hit by a severe storm days before settlement. We are absentee owners, so we were relieved to receive a call from Matthew who had visited the property that Sunday afternoon to see that all was well. A tree had lost several large branches & Matthew arranged for this to be sorted.
