Our house was on a difficult piece of land. At the initial interview Matthew provided marketing options with advantages and disadvantages. He let us decide how to proceed. In the first month potential buyers flooded in, way above other properties in the area. Before and post house inspections Matthew communicated well providing realistic feedback directly after the open house and again early in the week after he rang potential buyers. Matthew suggested minor improvements to the campaign and these suggestions proved correct. Matthew was professional throughout the selling period. In the end, he had several buyers with a sale occurring within a timeline he set at the initial interview. If we were to sell again in the future, our first call would be to Matthew.
