Absolutely PERFECT

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with thanking Matthew Kidd for everything he has done for our family. Selling our family home was never going to be easy, especially with how much the home meant to us and all the challenges we faced along the way. With everything going on in the property market and the uncertainty that came with it, there were definitely times when we felt like things were never going to fall into place. But through absolutely everything, Matt never gave up on us. No matter what challenge came our way, he always managed to find a positive in the situation and reassure us that everything would work out. His patience, honesty, communication and determination throughout the entire process meant more to us than he probably realises. What stood out to me the most was that Matt genuinely cared. We never felt like we were just another house he was trying to sell. He took the time to listen, understand our situation and support us through every little hurdle along the way. Saying goodbye to our family home was such an emotional moment, but knowing we had someone like Matt looking after us made the whole experience that little bit easier. Matt, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything. Thank you for not giving up, for always going above and beyond and for helping our family close such a big chapter of our lives.
