When you first meet this man, his larger than life presence greets you with his huge smile and a voice, he would make a great commentator, which makes you feel comfortable. He then continues to get to know you, listens to your input and questions, why you are wanting to sell and want you want to achieve in the process. Matt will give you a run down on the service he provides through the Mcgrath platform and then tailors the process to maximise the value of your property to the market through the program agreed to, by you the vendor. As people, sometimes we get a little impatient and question the Tradie, Agent or Doctor as to what's happening and where are we up to, which is fair call at times. Getting back to Matt and his experience in real estate, one thing we learnt from Matt was, you don't have to be in contact with buyers bombarding them with questions about: What they think about the property? Are you still coming to the auction ? If you follow the process you know works, give the buyers a chance to breathe and think and the result will take care of itself.
