Matt's service is impeccable. He is a friendly, honest and an extremely like-able person; which has made the purchase of our property an easy and pleasant experience. I only gave Matt 4 stars for negotiation skills because we bought at auction so I have yet to see him in action on that front. I dare say he would be great at it, as he has the ability to make each party feel that they are important and that their needs and feelings are important to him.
