We first met Mathew( Matt) through David & Dee Dowling, whom we had known for quite awhile through our Catholic Church and tenancy affiliations. David suggested sale by Auction.Matt worked hard with his co-agent Stella Zhang and had many open homes for our property. Quite satisfied with Matthew from initial contact , throughout the marketing phase and reaching Auction Day result. Only frustration at present ( 24th May ) is still being in the dark as to when the purchaser having has reached a stage of unconditional finance approval ( which we understood any prudent buyer would have established prior to the Auction day ) Notwithstanding this, Matthew, Phil , James Kerley and the whole Ray White team did a great job.
