I found Mathew very helpful when he first inspected my property, as it was run down Mathew advised me that i could sell it, for around $300,00, with a make over around $400,000. So i decided to give the villa a complete reno. Mathew came out to inspect the the reno, and advised me that it was possible to get $440,000, after the open day Matt rang with good news that he had a buyer for $440,00, great work thanks Mathew.
