We chose Matthew (and Simon Carroll) after some consideration and looking at seven different agencies (three of them in detail). Reviewing other sales at the time and reflecting on our outcome, we still would have chosen them despite originally wanting a higher price for our house. There were a few surprises along the way but Matthew and Simon managed to navigate around them, As an example, Simon took some clutter to the tip for us two days before settlement because we apparently misunderstood the purchaser was happy for it to stay.
