I entered the market out of necessity at the beginning of a recent downturn. It has been a very stressful period, made somewhat more manageable by Matthew's abilities. After some time, as I became certain he was able to evaluate information in a way I could rely on, I was able to step back a little and focus on my studies, knowing that Matthew had it under control. Due to my disappointment I was frequently in alt, and Matthew was able to remain calm and professional (as you would hope and expect). He was ably supported by Carmen, who was also very reliable and professional. Both Matthew and Carmen maintained communication with me, and maintained their efforts over a long campaign. The reports he provided were detailed, and he was able to provide unexpected assistance during the sale, which was rendered tense by our necessary disclosure of previous pest issues which although resolved were obviously of some concern to potential buyers.
