After speaking with three other agents, we decided that Matt would serve our best interests because he was demonstrably knowledgeable and professional, over and above the others. The other agents had tried to tell us that we could as much as $100K more for the property in order to 'buy' the listing so they would have more stock and their estimates proved unrealistic. One agent was too conservative and did not appear to appreciate the potential of the property, rather he just wanted to push it through their auction sausage making machine without much care for what came out the other end. Matt clearly stood outside these kind of tactics. He gave us the facts, the possibilities and the potential, without the nonsense. He and his team put together and fully supported an excellent campaign, which from my perspective could not be faulted. Matt's advice was always sound and his skills in arriving at a final sale were excellent. In addition, he is a very pleasant gentleman to deal with. I have no doubt that without Matt's all round skills we would not have arrived at our ideal outcome for the sale of this property.

I were thrilled to get a much better than expected outcome at the auction last night. Matt is knowledgeable, dedicated, and an excellent communicator. He also demonstrated great judgement during the process. I think my decision to ask him to help me selling the property is one of the best decisions I made. It wouldn't be possible to achieve the result last night if without his help. I would heartily recommend him and his colleagues to anyone who is considering selling or buying the property.
