Communication was excellent and there was a personal approach, providing prompt feedback regarding the market response. There could’ve been a bit more discussion regarding what the initial advertised sale price was to be. It was above our original agreed range, possibly limiting prospective buyer range.

The name “Matthew Marshall” is legend around these parts and that is completely justified. Matthew is the absolute best at what he does. He works especially well with nervous and less-experienced sellers and buyers like us. He says, “I do not mind if you have a hundred questions – in fact, I prefer it”. His patience and calm demeanour are just so important and appreciated, however one knows that in the background, he is working extremely hard for you. We have engaged Matthew on a few occasions – a purchase 15 years ago, the sale of that property in September 2020, in the immense stress at the COVID lockdown peak and this sale.
