Matthew was so very accommodating in his customer service with us in buying the property. We organized two site inspections outside normal times and it was no effort at all. He was very professional in dealing with us and the way he communicated. He gave us space and time to inspect the property so we didn’t feel rushed nor felt like we were being pestered to buy. I cannot recommend Matthew Marshall enough, all i can say is thanks. He assisted us in absolutely every aspect with the sale of the property. The advice he gave was thorough, accurate and at no point did i feel that he wasn't in control of everything. We had some issues due to it being a deceased estate, but Matthew guided us through all of the paperwork without a single hiccup. I have heard many times from many people that the sale of a house is a very stressful time, but at no point was i worried, because there was no need to be... everything that needed to be known, Matthew knew, and dealt with. Because of Matthew, i believe that we got a very decent price for the property in a what i would consider a reasonably tough market. So to sum it up.... Thanks Matthew... you did wonders. The only thing that could make this experience better was if you supported the Mighty Blues! So there is room for improvement. :D
Matthew was there with us all the way. There were ‘complications’ with the Section 32 that were unexpected and unusual but Matthew went above and beyond to sort this out and keep the potential buyers interested whilst reassuring us that everything will be fine. He was well informed and has excellent communication skills. The outcome of the sale was terrific. He is an excellent negotiator. Matthew was always willing to listen and share his knowledge and experience with us. We have no hesitation to recommend him. He made us feel confident and supported at all times throughout the marketing and sale process. I will miss his sense of humour and positive energy.
