I was disgusted with this agent. As a single mum buying her first property, Matthew made this experience much more stressful than it needed to be. From telling me so many lies about how long it would take for the tenant to vacate, to hearing a lady in the background moaning during a phone call I was having with him. The amount of untruths he told was horrible and his communication skills were very poor. Would not recommend buying through him. My brother bought his place through Ray White Realty Bli Bli and he had no issues with the main agent from there, but my brother, who was helping me purchase my first property, was also appalled at Matthew’s lack of communication skills and ongoing dishonesty.

Matt's easy, no pressure demeanor made the selling process as stress free as it can be. From the day I met him until completion of sale he was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and always the true gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble and everything proceeded smoothly. If I sell a home again I will definitely be calling Matt.
