As a first time buyer I found Matthew really helpful (even though he was the sales agent), honest and trustworthy. As I’ve been searching over the last year I’ve met a ton of agents and have been nervous about the process. I found that Matthew didn’t try to aggressively “sell” to me, and that he honestly and helpfully answered any questions I had which ultimately made the whole process much less stressful.
