Very friendly, easy to talk with, and very open about the whole process/what would work best, why certain things are done/why not etc. Offered to help out with any fixes at the property, put in effort to clean up outstanding elements around the house prior to inspections, kept me updated on works that needed completing at the property. Was really helpful in explaining everything and spoke to my ex-partner on my behalf which helped to alleviate my stress. Pushed to get the amount we requested and made the whole process so much less stressful with open communications during the period in which inspections occurred.
