I had 3 Real Estate agents come & give me advice regarding a realistic price, what they would do to sell my property, the costs involved & what was expected of me in an attempt to get my business. Matthew arrived on time where others didn't, he was very pleasant & easy to talk too whist at the same time sounding knowledgeable. All in all I felt more comfortable dealing with Matthew & his support team at PRD Nationwide at Penrith than the other agents made me feel. When it came to listing the unit I was kept informed at all times as to what was happening so far as photography, advertising & the open house etc. Matthew gave me a price range & I chose the top of the range as a minimum. During the open house I was kept informed of the offers & then pleasantly surprised when Matthew rang me to inform me of the fact that he was able to get an extra $5000 above what I was asking for. Throughout the whole sale experience I found Matthew to be a man of his word & easily contactable even on his days off & very reliable. He had my unit sold as a result of the 1st open house which I thought was great & for more than I was asking.
