I’ve had the selling experience with Matthew before this property. His knowledge of real estate is second to none and his personable character without being pushy is quite reassuring and relaxing like you’re in capable, knowledgeable hands that can read the market well. All relevant paperwork re fees, advertising advice and how to maximise the appearance of the home to draw prospective buyers is offered with sensitivity from years of experience.

I have used Matt to both buy and sell and I can highly recommend him for both. When I bought, it was very straight forward with no issues.
