On meeting Matthew some months ago for the first time I quickly had confidence in his knowledge of the local realestate market and his many connections with potential developers who would be interested in our property. Upon giving Matthew the go ahead to sell our property, the preliminary paper work was done and the sale process was taken care of. A daunting task in the beginning, but made so easy by Matthew and staff led by Miranda. I would recommend Matthew for his skills, knowledge and ability to relate to us as the seller of our property. A great result was achieved.

Extremely honest and trustworthy throughout the campaign. When the campaign was not going well we were given honest feedback, and when things picked up the feedback was again honest but not over ambitious. I think that's all we wanted from our agent and Matthew and his team we exceptional throughout.
