From our very first meeting Matt has been awesome. He guided us through a difficult and emotional sale. Helping with prep, tradies, access, reports, logistics and plenty of advice and kindness. He helped renos tick along and always kept us up to date with communications and forward work plans despite an international time difference. He took the time to get to know all involved and always quickly responded to our random questions. He provided advice regarding the local market and how we fit and how and what we could improve. The open home sessions drew over 100 groups in a short time and come auction day we had plenty of interest gaining an exceptional sale price.
