Matthew helped the reviewer sell this property

Great selling result for our investment property, with Matt Smith at Hick's Real Estate

Though it is a very uncertain real estate market at present, Matt was able to eventually sell our investment property at Beachmere, despite a number of contracts falling over. I couldn't speak more highly of his diligence and persistence, as the Market has been a real slog for Sellers in the past 3-4 months. Matt also kept us in the loop completely, with phone call & SMS follow-ups to advise on progress. Definitely an RE Agent to consider. Sean & Kathy
