Our experience with Matt from start to finish was excellent. We got the price we wanted in a hard to sell area, and under hard conditions with the house being used as an investment property. Matt was great with dealing with the tenants on our behalf to organize inspections and even helped us after the contracts were signed with things he definitely wasn't required to help with. The sale of our property would never happened without Matthew. We had been concerned that our home was getting beyond our ability to care for it, when Matt rang and asked if he couuld call on us with a view to a sale, we agreed . when he visited,we were impressed by his knowledge of the local market and so we agreed to put our home on the market.
