The sale of our property would never happened without Matthew. We had been concerned that our home was getting beyond our ability to care for it, when Matt rang and asked if he couuld call on us with a view to a sale, we agreed . when he visited,we were impressed by his knowledge of the local market and so we agreed to put our home on the market. From then on events happened at an almost frightening speed, and no matter what the occasion Matt was there in charge, nothing was beyond him ,his energy and hi grasp of matters was amazing.
